ZANCHETTA 6, 36022 CASSOLA (VI), VAT No. 04351900248 (hereinafter, the “Controller”), owner of the website https://www.marcon-italy.it/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), as the data controller of the personal data of users who browse and register on the Website (hereinafter, the “Users”), provides the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, the “Regulation” or “Applicable Law”).
This Website and any services offered through it are reserved for individuals who are at least eighteen years old. The Controller does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. Upon request, the Controller will promptly delete any personal data inadvertently collected relating to minors under 18 years of age.
The Controller values the right to privacy and the protection of personal data of its Users. For any information regarding this privacy policy, Users may contact the Controller at any time using the methods described in Section 5.
The personal data of Users will be lawfully processed by the Controller pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes:
Providing personal data for the above processing purposes is optional but necessary, as failure to provide such data will prevent the User from browsing the Website and using the services offered by the Controller.
Regarding the purposes listed in points 1/a, 1/b, 1/c, and 1/e, the legal basis for processing is the performance of the services provided through the Website and requested by the User (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). For the purpose in point 1/d, the legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation).
With the free and optional consent of the User, certain personal data (such as the email address) may also be processed by the Controller for marketing and newsletter purposes, including sending advertising material, commercial communications, and newsletters containing relevant industry news related to the Website’s activities. The Controller may contact the User via mail, email, telephone (landline and/or mobile, with or without automated call systems), and/or SMS to promote products and/or services offered by the Controller and/or third parties, present offers, promotions, and commercial opportunities.
Failure to provide consent will not affect the ability to register on the Website.
If consent is given, the User may revoke it at any time by requesting the Controller using the methods indicated in Section 5.
Users may also easily opt out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters by clicking the appropriate link in each promotional email or newsletter. Upon revoking consent, the Controller will send a confirmation email to the User. If the User wishes to revoke consent for promotional communications via phone but continue receiving email promotions (or vice versa), they should contact the Controller as indicated in Section 5.
The Controller informs that, due to technical and operational reasons (e.g., contact lists prepared shortly before receiving the opt-out request), Users may continue to receive some promotional messages and newsletters for up to 24 hours after the opt-out request. If Users continue to receive promotional messages beyond this period, they should notify the Controller using the contacts in Section 5.
3. Processing Methods and Data Retention Period
The Controller will process Users’ personal data using manual and IT tools, applying logic strictly related to the purposes outlined above, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Section 1 or as required to protect Users’ and the Controller’s interests in civil proceedings. Data collected for marketing purposes will be retained until the User objects to receiving newsletters via the opt-out link in emails or using the methods in Section 5.
Employees and/or collaborators of the Controller assigned to Website management may have access to Users’ personal data. These individuals are formally appointed by the Controller as “Data Processors” and will process data only for the purposes specified in this notice and in compliance with Applicable Law.
Third parties may also access Users’ personal data to process it on behalf of the Controller as “External Data Processors,” including IT and logistics service providers, outsourcing or cloud computing providers, professionals, and consultants.
Users have the right to obtain a list of appointed Data Processors by requesting it from the Controller using the methods in Section 5.

If a User believes that the processing of their data violates the Regulation, they have the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority (in the Member State where they habitually reside, work, or where the alleged violation occurred).
